On the shore, between sand & waves, the heart settles in a state between excited & soothed. The muffled sounds of salty water rolling out and back gives a beautiful constant that we’ve come to rely on. A deep breath is taken, a smile appears, though no one knows if it’s melancholy or pure bliss, everyone seems to understand each other.

Between the sand and waves is space to float, space to play, space to swim, to stand and ponder.. it’s space to just be. The ocean heals thoughts, emotions, spirits.. Then we wander miles away on the same beach, leaving footprints behind us, passionately picking up shells that inspire us. Around these parts, we’re healed. In these places, we’re free.
