F.A.Q.
Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!
Yes! Every Libra Moon piece is handmade and one of a kind, so what you see is the very piece you’ll be wearing, not a sample or a lookalike. Each stone, shell and bit of wood has its own shape, color and character, and I hand weave the wire to fit it. Once a piece finds its person, it moves to Sold / Past Work, so if one speaks to you, don’t wait too long ☺
Natural treasures from the Earth and sea: quartz and other crystals, stones, coral, pearls, shells and downed wood. Most were gathered on treks in nature or on beaches; a handful were picked at rock shops for their pattern, texture and color. Each is hand woven with solid copper, brass or silver wire. You’ll find each piece’s exact materials listed right under its name in the shop.
Yes, and that’s part of its charm. New copper is shiny like a new penny. Over time it naturally develops a warm brown patina that gives a sweet boho feel. The oils on our skin can speed this up. It’s a natural process, not a defect. To slow it down, keep jewelry dry and away from bathroom humidity. Every order arrives in a decorative gift box, usually with a few extra little mementos like tumbled stones.
Most pieces clean up beautifully with warm water, mild soap and a soft bristle brush. Pat dry with a towel, then let air-dry. For copper, a gentle vinegar-and-salt bath or a jewelry polishing cloth brings back the shine. Pieces I’ve darkened on purpose (patina) should only get warm soap and water. Keep amethyst out of direct sunlight so its color doesn’t fade. Full step-by-step guide: How To Clean Your Jewelry.
Yes. Each listing shows the options for that piece, such as a solid copper ball chain, a black nylon cord with lobster clasp (26″), or suede cord in olive, light grey or light brown in the length you like. Please add your choice and length in the order notes at checkout. If you’re not sure, just ask!
Many people feel a special connection to certain stones and enjoy wearing them as a reminder of an intention, like calm, clarity or courage. That’s why the shop lets you browse by intention. I love that, and I hope your piece brings you a little joy and grounding every time you look at it. Just know that my jewelry is wearable art, not a medical or therapeutic product, and isn’t meant to diagnose, treat or replace care from a health professional.
I’d love to! If you have a stone, shell, crystal or other small keepsake (even an old key!), I can wire wrap it into a one-of-a-kind pendant. I mainly work in copper and can order brass, silver or gold wire for a price that reflects the metal. Here’s how it works:
- Share your vision: your stone, metal, meaning and budget.
- Design and quote: a clear design idea and a fixed price.
- 50% deposit to reserve your spot and start work.
- Crafting, with progress photos along the way.
- Remaining balance paid before shipping.

Every piece is different, so I’ll give you an estimated turnaround along with your quote. If you need it by a certain date for a birthday or other occasion, let me know when you reach out.
For shop orders, checkout is through PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards. For custom commissions, I accept most digital payments: Zelle is preferred, and Venmo and Cash App are welcome too.
Orders ship at a flat rate of $7.95 within the United States. Ready-to-ship pieces usually go out within a few business days, packaged with care, and you’ll get tracking details once your order ships. Commissions ship once they’re finished and the balance is paid. I currently ship within the U.S. For international orders, please message me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help. If a package seems lost or arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery.
I want you to love what you receive. Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, as long as they’re unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact me first. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping isn’t refundable. Custom pieces are final sale, and the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins. If something arrives damaged, send photos of the piece and packaging within 7 days and I’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
