Shipping Policy

Every Libra Moon piece is handmade and one of a kind, and each one is packaged with care before it leaves Laura’s studio.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces usually go out within a few business days of your order. Custom commissions ship once your piece is finished and the remaining balance is paid; Laura will give you an estimated turnaround with your quote.

Rates

Orders ship at a flat rate of $7.95 within the United States, shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please message us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking and lost packages

You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package seems lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
