Refund & Returns Policy

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, we want you to love what you receive.

Ready-to-ship pieces

If you’re not happy with a ready-to-ship piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us first so we can confirm your return. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom commissions

Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you, so they are final sale. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins. If something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once the returned piece is received and inspected.
