Move With Intent

Passionate purpose
Heartfelt devotion
Attentive, committed, eager to please
Decisive, engaged, immersed

I’m takin’ a breath
I’m rollin’ my neck
I’m stretchin’ my arms
Up over my head
I hold it like that
And my muscles relax

I’m bending my legs
They’re behind my back
Stretch it and
hold it
A pose like a bird
My muscles relax
And I hold it like that

I move with intent
Shifting
My weight on my arms
Head in the clouds
My muscles contract
I hold it like that

I lay on my mat
Flat on my back
With love in my heart
I laugh with myself
My muscles relax
And I let go like that
